Ownership
TAQ Magic Keys and all associated software, source code, compiled files, interfaces, graphics, documentation, algorithms, designs and related materials are the intellectual property of TAQ Magic Keys.
Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software according to this Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to you.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TAQ Magic Keys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the licensed version of TAQ Magic Keys on a compatible MetaTrader 5 environment for your personal or authorized trading activities.
The license applies only to the product version and account or installation for which the license was issued.
Permitted Use
Subject to an active and valid license, you may:
- ✓ Install and use TAQ Magic Keys on a supported MetaTrader 5 terminal.
- ✓ Use the licensed functions for your own trading and trade-management activities.
- ✓ Use supported trade-management features such as FN keys, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Break Even, Partial Close and Trailing Stop.
- ✓ Use the software with supported MT5 broker accounts.
- ✓ Receive software updates or improvements where applicable to your purchased license.
Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
- ✕ Resell or redistribute TAQ Magic Keys.
- ✕ Share your license key with another person.
- ✕ Transfer, rent, lease, sublicense or gift the software or license without written authorization.
- ✕ Upload the software to public or private file-sharing services.
- ✕ Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
- ✕ Modify, crack, bypass, remove or disable license or activation mechanisms.
- ✕ Use a pirated, modified, cracked or unauthorized copy of the software.
- ✕ Share files or activation information in a way that allows another person to use your license.
License Activation
TAQ Magic Keys require online license activation. Activation may associate the license with information required to validate authorized use, such as your trading account number, product version or other technical information.
A license key is intended for the authorized purchaser only. Do not share your activation details with another trader.
Account & License Restrictions
Depending on the purchased product and license type, a license may be restricted to a specific MetaTrader account, product version or other activation parameters.
If your license requires account-based activation, the software may not operate on an unauthorized trading account.

Termination

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove unauthorized copies from your systems.
Risk & Liability
TAQ Magic Keys is a trade-management tool. It does not guarantee profits, successful trades or any particular trading result.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions, risk management, account settings, and use of the software.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using TAQ Magic Keys, you confirm that you have read and accepted this License Agreement.
